After getting that first shipment of 1/6 scale figures, I'm of course salivating at the thought of more. So, at the end of summer 2020, what do we have to look forward to?
In short, lots and lots of "Endgame" figures and that sounds good to me. Just looking at the immediate future (eff pre-ordering something coming out 2 years from now), we actually have an "Endgame" figure that may see the light of day before Christmas. While we will have to wait until early next year for chubby Thor, sad Thanos and the American ass of Captain America 2012, there will be smart Hulk to tide us over. And this figure looks great. Check it:
Obviously, the big draw here is the Infinity Gauntlet and the ability to pose that world-fixing snap:
It looks like we get at least two different models of the gauntlet, one with articulated fingers and one in mid-snap:
And as far as other accessories, we get a few other small items like the glasses and tablet and, it goes without saying a stand and a few pairs of hands:
Oh yeah, I almost forgot the most important fact, this figure has a hoped for release window of October - December 2020. I'm not enough of a Hot Toys expert to grok the exact meaning of that estimation but at the worst, we will hopefully get this figure in our hands before New Year's Eve 2020. Of course, depending on how things go on November 3rd, none of this may matter and we may all be dead by then.
